I had to take my dogs outside. They woke me up at 6:30 this morning. They just couldn't wait till 7:00 when the alarm goes off. So out they went.
After coming back inside with the dogs, it was time to wake the kids up for school. Usually once I knock on Alex's door and open it, the dogs wake him up. Its kinda funny. They pretty much lick him to death so that he'll wake up. This morning, not so much. They went in, did a quick lick and left his room.
After getting the kids off to school, I played on the computer for a bit more and decided that I was sleepy, so off to bed I went and woke up much later. Didn't now that I was that sleepy. Makes the day go by fast when you sleep all morning.
We had to go to the school today for Alex. He is getting services there to help him with his Aspergers Syndrome. It was a meeting to move him from EBD services to Autism services. He was tested back in 2007 and was found to have Aspergers, but once the school received the test results, nothing was done. So today we met and discussed all the up coming tests and evaluations that will be done. When all is said and done, it might mean he receives more services. After wards, we will all meet again. This time with a gal that depending on Alex, will help us figure out this SSI Stuff, and also with another gal that will aid in getting Alex a job at the school and outside of school. We'll see what happens there....
The best part of the night was helping my mom get a blog going for herself. She reads a lot of blogs and has wanted one of her own for a long time. So I got to help her get started. It is a lot of fun. I know she'll have fun with it.
Well I think thats it for tonight.....
